purchasing products from our company. The following text contains important
information about your rights and obligations, as well as the limitations and
exclusions that may apply to you.
Your purchase of a product or service from our company is
governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Placement of
an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our
terms for use of this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the
site and do not proceed further with your order. Our company reserves the right
to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions of sale and our
terms of use at any time, without notice.
Returns
Propaganda Creative will replace any item that the purchaser
find is the wrong size provided the item is returned to Propaganda Creative in
new condition, within 28 days. All returns must be made at the expense of the
person making the return.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full
providing we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or
telephone before the goods are packed or shipped. Orders must be cancelled
within 24 hours, if orders have been packed or shipped you may have to bear the
cost and will only receive a partial refund.
Copyrights and Trademarks
Trade names, trademarks, are owned by their respective
companies and are used for clarification purposes only.
Images
All images on the site are owned by their respective companies
and may be subject to copyright.
Order Acceptance Policy
Our company reserves the right to refuse service, to close
accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other marketing
programs that it deems harmful to the company.
Risk of Loss
Propaganda Creative is responsible for all products until such
time that they leave the warehouse and are handed to a third-party carrier for
final delivery. Although we take steps to ensure your product has a certificate
of posting, we cannot accept responsibility if you, the client, inputs an
incorrect shipping address. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy Notice
We use the latest in encryption technology, digital
certificates, secured commerce servers and authentication to ensure your
personal information is secure and confidential. To protect our interests as
well as yours we always check billing & shipping information, so we may contact
you in order to conduct a security check on your order details.
Garment Care
The t-shirts are digitally printed directly onto the fabric,
not via heat-transfer. The images are therefore reasonably robust, somewhere
between screen-print and heat-transfer. In order to maximise the life of your
t-shirt, please observe the following:
- Wash and dry inside out
- Wash at 30˚ C / 86˚ f
- Do not iron the image
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 28 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 28 day period.
Please email customerservice@donttalktomeaboutheroes.com, indicating what items you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation email approving the return.
If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
